Good News for Clean Energy

At the state level, voters’ split decision at the polls doesn’t mean we can’t make progress on clean energy — but we will likely have to fight it out one incremental idea at a time. Here’s one: last week, the North Carolina Utilities Commission approved a Duke Energy plan to offer solar installation rebates to customers twice a year instead of once.
