Education & Resources: Last Chance to Vote Early!
Voting is the bedrock way we can hold our elected officials accountable for their environmental records. We have the opportunity now to change the direction of our NC General Assembly, protect the independence of our courts, and stop deceptive amendments to our state constitution. Vote, and encourage friends and family to vote!
Here are three simple steps to make your pro-environment choices at the ballot box:
- Check your voter registration to make sure it reflects your current address, and to find out which NC House and Senate districts you vote in.
- Find our Conservation PAC endorsed candidates in those districts. Educate your friends on our endorsements, and take them with you to vote early.
- This Saturday, November 3rd, at 1 pm, is our last chance to vote early and get our civic duty out of the way before Election Day! Locate your nearest early voting site and hours. If you need to change your address or register to vote for the first time, you can do so and then vote all at once at any early voting location in your home county.
