Campaign Watch: Primary Day

Campaign Watch: Primary Day

Tuesday, May 8th, is Primary Day in North Carolina.

If you or any of your friends or family did not take advantage of early voting, tomorrow is the last chance to vote in the 2018 primaries. This year, an unusually high percentage of North Carolinians will have the opportunity to cast meaningful votes in Congressional and state legislative contests, and many of these districts also have primary contests of interest to environmental advocates.

Not sure which contests are on your primary ballot? The state Board of Elections has an interactive tool through which registered voters can enter their name and county, confirm their registration information, check the location of their polling place, and see a sample ballot for their choices tomorrow.

No excuses this year—protect our clean water, air, land, and public health by exercising your right to vote with the environment in mind!
